Retail package
In the case of a retail package (purchased e.g., at a pet store or your veterinarian), you will find the activation code inside the package (see photo).
Patron gift card
If you have received a gift card from a patron, your activation code is listed on the flyer in the white box marked “Your activation code”.
Registration from the scanmy.name website
You do not need an activation code to register directly from our website. Instead, go through the registration process with your order payment at the checkout page. It will automatically activate your membership without entering an activation code.
